Vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.

• Monetary vouchers can be exchanged for goods or services.

• Vouchers can be used as full or part payment.

• No change will be given and no vouchers can be exchanged for cash.

• Vouchers are non-refundable.

• Eden One and In 1 Solutions will not be held liable for vouchers which have been lost or stolen.

• If a day spa package is no longer available at the time of booking then the full value of this voucher can be used on other goods/ services at Eden One.

• All vouchers represent a monetary value. Package options are simply suggested ways to redeem this value. If a package’s price has increased, the client is responsible for paying the difference.
